How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for any additional information on returning an item. Thank you.


Refund/Return Policy:

 

Original sales invoice/receipt must accompany returns. 

 

On the receipt please indicate what actions you would like us to take regarding the item(s)

  • We can make an even exchange for all items in the same price range as the one being returned.
  • We can give you credit back for the item(s) which will be placed on the original card used in the original transaction.


        *Please include exactly what items you would like to choose for replacements in the return package.

 

We accept returns for exchange or refund 60 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 60 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective or incorrect will qualify for store credit, product exchange, or cash refund.

 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

 

Shipping is only refunded after inspection of the return is conclusive that the item was improperly shipped by us.

 

A refund in shipping only includes the returned shipment fees and the price of original shipping per weight; per item.

 

For cheaper return rates, we ask that items be returned via United States Postal Service.

 

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Those fees will be charged using the original credit card used by the customer unless otherwise specified on the return receipt.
